I'm a writer that was born about four decades too late. I'm fascinated with the World War II era and everything that came with it - the home front, victory gardens, the war effort, our fighting men, the fashions, the music, the radio shows, the films. This blog is heavily focused on those topics with a smattering of cityscapes, log cabins, rainy days, pointless text posts about nothing, discussions about my love of and frustrations with writing, "Downton Abbey", walks down memory lane with "The Wonder Years", and even a little Mark Salling from "Glee", Jensen Ackles from "Supernatural", and Charlie Hunnam from "Sons of Anarchy" thrown in because of my lifelong addiction to bad boys.
